Sat 6th June: Needle Felted Sheep Figure

Saturday 6th June: 10am to 4.30pm at Lechlade Craft Barn

Come and make your own charming sheep with craft barn regulars Cath & Caroline from Hedgehog & Hoot.

During this workshop you will learn the techniques of needle felting in order to shape and attach wool to create a substantial doorstop or decorative figure. A slightly smaller version that previous makes.

You will be working with washed and prepared fleece from a variety of breeds of sheep, alpaca fibre and other materials on this enjoyable workshop. You can choose to make a Cotswold, Herdwick or Zwartble sheep, any dark brown/grey sheep or white sheep breed. If you have one in mind please bring a clear photograph.

Please note if you wish to add horns to your sheep it is unlikely there will be enough time during the workshop to complete them. Additional kits for horns with instructions and materials will be available to purchase on the day – please bring cash.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and for those with some needle felting experience.

Cost £60 to include all materials, tea & coffee. Please bring your own lunch.
