Update 17th March 2020

Extenuating circumstances cancellation policy and the coronavirus (COVID-19)

We have been closely monitoring the advice of WHO, Public Health England (PHE) and local government in relation to coronavirus and its impact on events. Following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Monday 23rd March we have no alternative but to cancel all workshops until further notice. We will continue to monitor the situation for future workshops.

Customers will be allocated a credit note (no date limit) to use on a future occasion and will benefit from priority booking on re-scheduled workshops and from 2021 workshops at 2020 prices.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Workshop places are not deemed confirmed until full payment is received, which must be within 7 days of confirmation of reservation, or within 24 hours if the workshop is within 7 days of booking.

Lechlade Craft Barn cannot be held responsible for any circumstances out of our control such as weather related, traffic or other external party issues.

If you cancel giving at least 7 days notice we can transfer your booking to another workshop, issue a credit note valid for 12 months or transfer the booking to another person. If within 7 days of the workshop the booking will be cancelled without refund or can be transferred to another person.

If on the rare occasion a workshop is cancelled, we will contact you as quickly as possible and offer a transfer to another workshop, a credit note valid for 12 months or a refund. Please make sure we have your full contact details on booking.

Deposits paid for private parties or group bookings are non-refundable.
