The Small Print

Please Note: Due to the Covid-19 restrictions and guidance, customers will be required to bring personal hand sanitiser, drinks and lunch where appropriate.  You must bring and wear a face covering, in accordance with government guidelines for community centres*.  If you are exempt, please bring appropriate evidence. No refreshments will be provided at workshops.  15 minutes will be allocated at the end of each workshop to facilitate cleaning of workstations and workshop areas.  Customers must take food & drink packaging and waste home.

Customers displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 must NOT attend workshops and must advise us at the earliest possible opportunity. 

Names and contact details of all people attending each session will be held for 21 days, and supplied to the Test and Trace service should any workshop attendee report symptoms following a workshop.

Extenuating circumstances cancellation policy and the coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you have booked a workshop with us, you will be allocated a credit note to use on a future occasion.  The credit note has no date limit, you will also benefit from priority booking on re-scheduled workshops and be able to re-book the same workshop at the 2020 price, even if the rescheduled workshop takes place in 2021.  You do not need to do anything, the credit amount has been noted on our system.  Workshops are now on sale – please take a look at our website for full details.  More dates are being added.

Standard Cancellation Policy – updated

Workshop places are not deemed confirmed until full payment is received, which must be within 7 days of confirmation of reservation, or within 24 hours if the workshop is within 7 days of booking.

Lechlade Craft Barn cannot be held responsible for any circumstances out of our control such as weather related, traffic or other external party issues.

If you cancel giving at least 15* days notice we can transfer your booking to another workshop, issue a credit note valid for 12 months or transfer the booking to another person. If within 15* days of the workshop the booking will be cancelled without refund or can be transferred to another person.

If on the rare occasion a workshop is cancelled, we will contact you as quickly as possible and offer a transfer to another workshop, a credit note valid for 12 months or a refund. Please make sure we have your full contact details on booking.

Deposits paid for private parties or group bookings are non-refundable.

*Due to the Covid-19 situation, workshops are taking place at Lechlade Memorial Hall Complex.  Therefore the cancellation period has been extended to mirror our commitment to the venue.
